An Indian word for either "flat land" or "great marsh", encompasses 70 acres, of which about 12 acres used to be marsh wetlands in the rainy season.

Pine trees are scattered accross the property with a full assortment of hardwood trees and three year round ponds. It is close to Dallardsville, Texas.

We have created a pasture out of about 10 acres -- this will be the future home of Seven Pines Ranch. Alana chose this name because Rick took down all of the beautiful pine trees in the pasture area but left a small cluster of seven pines on accident -- and let them stay so Alana would still have a group of trees in the pasture.
